Data collected

• Contact form. First name, surname, email address, phone number (optional), the plan you are considering and your goal. The form does not store anything on this website: it prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp.
• Online booking. Information entered in the booking module (name, email address, time slot and notes) is processed by Cal.com.
• Direct communication. Messages you send through WhatsApp or email.

Please do not submit detailed health information through the form. If your coaching requires it, Thomas will ask you directly, with your consent.

Why we use this data

To answer your enquiry, arrange your private consultation and, if you become a client, provide your coaching. Processing is based on your request for steps before entering into a contract, followed by the coaching contract.

How long data is kept

Data relating to people who do not become clients is kept for no more than three years after the last contact. Client data is kept throughout the coaching relationship, then for the period required by legal obligations, including accounting requirements.

Who has access

Thomas Chaland only. The technical services used for these communications are WhatsApp (Meta), Cal.com, Google (Gmail and Google Meet) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some providers are based outside the European Union; data transfers are then covered by the safeguards they put in place. No data is sold or transferred to others for their own use.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity analyses browsing only with your consent. You can accept, reject or change your choice using the Audience measurement link at the bottom of the page. Form fields are masked. Without consent, the Clarity script does not load. It only remembers, in your browser and for the duration of your visit, when you close the WhatsApp bubble. The Cal.com booking module, loaded only on the contact page, may use cookies needed for it to work.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use, object to its use or request a copy, by writing to thomaschaland.pro@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr.
