Another question? Your private consultation is the place to ask.
How does video analysis work?
You share your exercises with Thomas. He sends personalised technical feedback to help you understand your movements, refine your execution and progress with precision.
How many video calls will I have with my coach?
Two video calls per month to review your progress.
How does it differ from Essential?
Essential lets you train independently with one call per month, without video analysis. Executive adds expert feedback on your technique and a second monthly call.
How does it differ from Private?
Private provides a video call every week, for schedules that change most often.
Is the ALLURE kit included?
Yes. When you start, you receive the ALLURE kit: a Nike sports bag, water bottle, towel, notebook, resistance band and drawstring bag, with ALLURE embroidery or printing.
What is the commitment?
An initial commitment of 3 months, a period that helps lay the foundations for lasting progress. You then choose whether to continue your coaching.
